AF1 is equipped with advanced industry leading tech; our workouts are organized and tracked by technology systems in place within our facilities. Ace Force One®’s system offers a visual tool for our members to see their progress from day to day throughout the course of the workouts. Projected on the walls, you will be able to see your class results in real time if you so desire. The monitoring process will include specialized body composition scanners available to you at your convenience. These machines are calibrated to get accurate body composition details fast. Results are delivered within 45 seconds with an accuracy of 99.5%.
