Don’t you just love pancakes on a Sunday morning? The warm yummy goodness covered in syrup and oh so filling. Well how about pancakes every morning? Or even crazier, pancakes for DINNER!!?? You are not going crazy, I said it. Yes, you can and will have pancakes everyday for a meal with these killer high protein Pancakes that you can also make into waffles. You can even make these ahead of time and take on the road and eat them cold with peanut butter! You can make them into any flavor, and add topping to fit your macros.
What You Need:
1 scoop Protein Powder
1 cup egg whites
1 cup oats (uncooked)
2 stevia packets
½ tsp baking powder
What You Do:
Mix all ingredients together. The batter will be a little on the thin side, this is why you use a small pan not a griddle.
Spray a small egg pan with Pam and pour half the batter in just like regular cakes. Cover for a few min and then flip.
What You Get:
55g protein/29g crabs/3g fat

Great blog you have here but I was curious about if you knew of any forums that cover the same topics discussed here?
I’d really like to be a part of online community where I can get responses from other experienced people that share
the same interest. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
Many thanks!
